Southern Charm

Southern Charm is indeed a “Southern Charm” ... Nice comfortable stay. We enjoyed the fireplace at night. It snowed and that made our stay even more perfect! This is our second time to stay in Southern Charm and will definitely not be our last! It is our favorite cabin!

We had a great time on our short vacation. The pool table saw lots of action and the covered hot tub was a plus, since it rained every day! It was very relaxing listening to the rain! The only downside was the futon was not very comfortable and needs to be replaced.

Really enjoyed this cabin... cabin was very clean and comfortable. Located to everything we wanted to do and short drive the places we like to eat... If there were any drawbacks it would be the fireplace.. a gas fireplace would be awesome. Would definitely rent this one again! Thanks

This was the 5th year my husband and I stayed at Southern Charm for our anniversary. #35 years together!! We always enjoy our stay in this cabin. It is PERFECT for us and we love it! We enjoy the fireplace and all the amenities it offers. The cabin is beautiful and well kept my the managing partner, Cove Mtn Realty. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with the managing staff. Although it does make us a little sad to see other cabins built and being built so close to Southern Charm, we are looking forward to booking for next year really soon!

We were pleased to discover that this cabin has been updated and is much nicer than the pictures show. New sofa, family room furniture, kitchen table and large smart TV in the family room. Lots of deck space with new glider rockers. Plenty of wood for the nice wood-burning fireplace. Surrounded by trees. Peaceful, calm area and the road to the cabin was recently repaved.

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Charm, the cabin was clean and in a great location. We needed some pot holders but we made it without them. I would definitely stay there again.

We love this cabin, Im already waiting to book it again for 2 weeks this time, everytime I leave its like a piece of me stays behind, Love Tenneessee and this will mark our third time if we are able to go again October 2024. Its always so peaceful when we go and we just enjoy being there. I would keep going back every year if i could.

My husband and I had honeymooned here when we got married in TN, 2 years ago. We fell in love with the cabin and that is why we decided to rent it again for our wedding anniversary.

The cabin is very clean and we were provided everything we needed for our stay. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows and the seclusion. The best part is the drive to the cabin, passing by the ranches with all the horses, cows, and chickens.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! It’s cozy and lovely! The location is fantastic! The only complaint we had was that the passcode lock on the front door sticks really bad, and it was INFURIATING trying to get into this place! The least amount of tries to get in was 3, and the max amount of tries was 8! The average amount of tries it took to unlock/open the door was 4-5 tries! As my husband said, “this lock takes you to the brink of losing it!” It was such a pain in the a$$, that this lock alone would keep us from renting this particular cabin again. The anger that was caused by attempting to unlock this door actually kept us from doing some of the activities we had been looking forward to, due to the dread of dealing with the locks! If the owner fixes or replaces the current locks, I would definitely recommend this cabin! It was very clean and cozy, once we were finally able to gain entrance! Thanks!

Cabin was very clean! Enjoyed our stay. We have stayed here numerous times, and never disappoints.

Loved the cabin. This was our 3rd year staying for our anniversary. This year we celebrated 20 years. Cabin is always perfect and no issues.

We absolutely loved it! Best honeymoon experience. Quiet and romantic. We loved our cabin and want to go back to the same one in the future. The cabin was clean and spotless upon arrival and check out was a breeze. Absolutely no complaints. Perfect location and distance from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We were able to spend a day at both places or just stay in the cabin and we were never bored. Highly recommend!

House keeping could have been better as far as cleaning upholstery. Couch and linens spelled of old saliva.

We came here for our honeymoon and loved it so much we came back for our 1st Anniversary. The cabin is very clean and it is not that far from Pigeon Forge. We timed the trip and it was about 15 minutes. If you are looking for a great place to stay I highly recommend this cabin. Customer service we great.

Very quite and secluded. Loved watching the activity of the squirls in the trees every morning on the beautiful deck while drinking my coffee.

We had a great time and it was the perfect cabin to stay in for me and my husbands honeymoon. The giant windows were my favorite! It has such beautiful views especially at sunset.

Easter getaway for our proposal the cabin was absolutely perfect and the hosts answered every question we might of had.

This cabin was more than we expected. It is just far enough away from the big city and secluded, but not too far away. It wasn't too difficult to find, even at night when we arrived, however, the road to the cabin is a bit steep and eye opening! It wasn't too bad in the daylight. If its slippery it will make for an interesting drive! For the cabin, it was VERY clean. The cabin has everything we needed, plus many extra little things that help make the stay that much more enjoyable. The hot tub was secluded and relaxing, the upstairs pool area was fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the grill was nice to use. The drive to the Smokey Mountains is scenic and going to Pigeon Forge was easy enough. We Had a great time and are already trying to figure out when we can return.

We enjoyed our stay at Southern Charm. The cabin is VERY clean& we were glad to see a new, comfortable sleeper sofa instead of the old futon in the pics. The king size bed is very comfortable. While we usually prefer more seclusion, the location was quiet & private enough while still being close to Pigeon Forge & other points of interest. Overall it was a very enjoyable, comfortable stay at a good price. Our only complaint is that it lacked some creature comforts: Firewood is uncovered/wet. We're used to dry wood & starter packs being provided. The hot tub: jet pressure is on the weak side, but sufficient. We brought our own large towels based on another review.Other smalls like wine glasses & a blow dryer would be nice, & some of the cookware needs replacement.All in all we feel it was an excellent value compared to other cabins we've stayed at in this price range.

Great cabin - very much enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. We used the grill too. Everything was clean, and the king sized bed was very comfortable!

The cabin was clean and very cozy. Open loft. Love the wrap around porch... It was close to Cade’s Cove and pigeon was a great over all experience..Check in and out was so easy. This was our second time at this location... I’ve stayed at many places in Sevierville but this is our most favorite... We will be back next year.

We have stayed in Southern Charm a couple of times. We always book through Cove Mountain Realty. We do not have to worry about the cleanliness of their cabins. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time at the Southern Charm! Been coming here for the past 10-15 years with my family. Would highly recommend to get away.

The location and property was perfect! Not too far of a drive from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Although the unit is supplied with towels, I would recommend bringing beach towels for hot tub. Other than that, all was perfect!

The cabin was perfect in every way, all the luxury of home but more and close to all that anyone would need-great near-by restaurants and local hometown places. The cabin was clean when we arrived along with what was expected from the pictures online that we looked at prior to booking. Would definitely stay there again.

The cabin was awesome. It was clean, secluded like living in a tree house. It was wonderful coming back to the cabin after a very busy day of all of the attractions that are offered in the area. I loved the hot tub. If we came back to the area, we would definitely stay at a Cove Mountain rental.
Some small feedback. The 2 wooden rocker chairs were broken. The arm on the hot tub was broken. The lamps in the bedroom on the side tables were difficult to turn on, as if the bulb was loose.

The cabin is perfect for couples that like privacy but yet are close to the attractions. The property managers were quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I visited a Southern Charm for our 33rd Anniversary. The cabin was very nice and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the fireplace and wrap around porch. The cabin is located in a peaceful, heavily wooded area. We didn’t have a Mountain View but the leaves were in full color and beautiful. We would stay here again.

We loved this cabin. All the conveniences of home. Very clean and neat. Close proximity to stores, restaurants, Dollywood and GR. Smokey N.P. My husband and I are not used to traveling mountain roads. It was easy to negotiate road to cabin. We loved playing pool in the loft during rainy period.

This cabin was amazing! It was the most relaxing weekend that my husband and I have shared. We normally get a hotel room. This was the first time we've gotten a cabin. It was private and secluded. The atmosphere was beautiful! We did take our own towels for the hot tub. We also took a griddle. The rental has everything you would need, but the stove needs updated.

We had a great time. The cabin was beautiful. We would have liked to spend more time. We will be back.

It was very pleasant and secluded. The only thing I would change would be additional wood for the fireplace. We only had enough for one night and we stayed 3.

We love going to the smokey mountains and we just love being in wears valley. Southern Charm is a beautiful cabin. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We always hate when it's time to leave and look forward to when we can come back again.

It was very nice and very relaxing my wife and I really enjoyed it we will stay again...

We really enjoyed staying at Southern Charm! It was not far at all from the parkway. The bed was amazing. We slept so good! Very nice on the inside. Wish it would have had a tea pitcher :) haha The hot tub was so relaxing on the cool nights. Loved the wrap around porch. I am a porch girl and we sat on the swing and the rockers most of the time..We didnt have neighbors until the last 2 nights and they were friendly. No so sure about that basement door.. I would suggest putting a lock on it. We will definitely be back! Also, Cove Mountain Realty are super super nice people to deal with!

We really don't know how it could have been better. It not just looked, but felt clean. Beautiful on the inside and on the outside....we loved watching squirrels play on the deck and run up and down the window frames.Had a great time playing pool.Had everything we wanted right in that one place. Plan to return for a longer stay. Cove Mountain Realty was very accommodating and easy to work with.

More than 1 dish towel and dish cloth, 2. More than 1 small packet of Dishwasher detergent, 3. Some appliances need to be upgraded. (Blender under sink does not work. And the Electric Can opener needs upgrading. It is not good at all.) Other than those few things, we will be back again. It was very relaxing. It was very clean. Very easy to get to the cabin. The cabin was delightful as were the people we rented it from. I've never been big on hot tubs, but we used this one two or three time per day and plan to add one to our home now. The cabin is well built, lovely and conducive to relaxing. In fact, the quiet led to discussions that led us to decide that now is the time for me to retire for good! We enjoyed the pool table too!
