Love this rental. It was clean. Only problem was the water line froze and we were unable to use our water for a day.

We stayed in the bunk house and it was the cutest little house! It was not cramped at all. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff at cove mountain treated us like family. ♥️ We will definitely be staying here again. The view in the morning was great! I had my coffee on the porch and was surrounded by mountains. We love Wears Valley and Cove Mountain Realty!!♥️♥️♥️

Have stayed in several of these tiny homes and this one is by far the most roomy! Loved it!! Only thing I hated was the benches on the porch because it was so uncomfortable sitting out there for any length of time and I enjoy doing that in the mornings and evenings. Just wish it had seats with backs on it

The bunk house was clean, cute and had everything we needed. Nice location with views of the mountains. Easy check in and out. We enjoyed our stay.

The house itself/layout/decor was super cute! The cleanliness was very poor... I actually called when we got there and they said there was nothing they could do.. that it was said to he cleaned a few days before we got there ☹️ so I had to run to Dollar General and get my own cleaning supplies and clean it myself the shower curtain was moldy/mildew, the floor throughout the entire house was dirty, (like it had not been swept or mopped), the front door was full of fingerprints and slobber, the bathroom sink had small hair all around it, the light fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom above the sinks had a thick layer of dust, inside the shower above was cobwebs and the shower drain was full of hair☹️

We had a great trip our accommodations were clean and affordable did have problem with a/c but problem was addressed so I would recommend staying with cove mountain

The cabin was not as clean as it was in the past 3 years/ the couch seemed to be broken

Rental management did a great job responding to our issues and concerns. There were a few necessary items missing in the kitchen but they addressed the items right away!

Stayed 3 nights. House was workable. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked in the one we stayed in. Directv remote in living room did not work. Overall it was not bad. A bit expensive after all the adding and taxes.

We had a great stay at the Bunk House! We had 2 adults and 4 kids. They loved the bunk room, and we loved the cabin feel of the tiny home. We also really enjoyed using the fire pit in the evenings. The location is great, close enough to Dollywood, but away from the traffic. We went hiking in the national park, did Dollywood, and went into Townsend a couple times to eat as well as went horse back riding at Davy Crockett stables.

Overall our stay was good, we booked the house fairly last minute and were excited to have any options at all available. Initially when we got to the house, I was very excited and was so pleased with how cute the house and the area was. We read the previous reviews, read our messages from Cove Mountain Resorts, and were prepared with everything we felt we needed to stay the weekend at the Bunk House. The location was a little further outside of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg than I realized but that was my misunderstanding of the area. When we went into the house there were a few things we noticed right off the bat. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had a thick coating of dust on it, the tops of the fridge/cabinets also had a lot of dust and the coffee maker had coffee grounds and old coffee still in it from the previous visitors. As our first day went on we quickly noticed that the bunkroom where our son was going to be staying didn’t have very good airflow, the “air conditioner” that was in the room was at the very top of the room and really did nothing to cool it, and there wasn’t a fan in the room. There also wasn’t many options as far as blankets go in the room, only a heavy plaid blanket that our son overheated in quickly in. We ended up going out late that night and picked up a fan and a sheet for him to be able to sleep with. As far as we could tell the sheets and towels were very clean. The television had great options for us to be able to connect to our Netflix/Disney apps so our son was very happy. The porch was beautiful and the ability to use a picnic table and grill were a wonderful perk for fall in the mountains. Overall I would love to stay at with Cove Mountain Resorts again.

Such a beautiful place! Opened the front door and was taken back by how sophisticated and roomy the tiny home was! We have already decided this is going to be our go to place for years to come! Clean, modern, and not far from the pigeon forge strip!

We were very happy with our stay at the Bunkhouse the area was very peaceful we had a great stay and we are already planning on another trip next year.

My three son's and I reserved a tiny house for a week . We had the best time at the Bunk house . A beautiful little house that was perfect for the four of us . Quiet and peaceful was in order and was well received . Food trucks down the road for some of the best food we had . Look two miles down the road was great for my little guy . He had a ball . Beautiful views as well . We are going back on the 21st of August to rent the Happy shack . Highly recommended .. Thank you for a great week . Christopher Herrick and family

And a few more kitchen towels.Had plenty bathroom towels. Nothing that would stop me from staying again. ( which we plan on doing before the end of the year) The tiny house was decorated nicely. Loved the tiny house

We all loved the house and the location. The house was great expect we were not told that we had to provide our own toilet paper. When I asked them about it, they rudely told us to go to Dollar General down the street. If you are not going to provide it for the house then you should let your guests know ahead of time, so they can plan accordingly.

Mini cabin, perfect for our family’s needs. Peaceful location with super friendly staff. Cabin was very clean and stocked well. Will definitely be staying here again!

Me and my fiance had a great experience with our tiny house stay. Very luxurious with full size appliances and washer/dryer! The only setback was not having a broom with dustpan! We loved this place! I would highly recommend it!
