Great location- I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Cove Mt. always answered questions quickly. We were snowed in for several extra days and they worked with us. House needs to be cleaned really good- we turned on ceiling fans and dust went everywhere, not just a little dust. A couple of drawers in kitchen had rat droppings and the baseboards all over the house are inches thick with dust. Looks like under the furniture has not been cleaned in forever. Everything else seemed clean to the eye. Really needs updating. We had a great time, might stay in summer again but not in winter because with ice and snow we were stuck in for 4 days.

Loved the property and location. Staff was attentive when we needed help. The size was perfect for our family. The biggest drawback was the kitchen table. It is sorely in need of refinishing and whatever has been done to it recently made everything stick to it, napkins especially. When you use something so often that becomes a problem. The top of the microwave kept falling off and 2 dining room chairs had holes in them. Also more towels racks in bathrooms would be nice. Loved the rocking chairs on the deck.

Overall we had a good experience. Beautiful area in the Smokies. Had some issues with data coverage getting there as there was no service. Luckily we had the address in google maps prior to losing service and we were able to find the rental with out much trouble.

We had a wonderful experience. The house had everything we needed. The house equipped with everything we needed. They communicated well what they would not be making available. I would add coffee filters to that list. The house was clean. It was set up well for our large family. We did see a bear on the property!!! I would suggest a deep cleaning. The fans and floor boards were very dusty. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful wooden cabin far enough from town you felt like you were in the mountains but only a 10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. Loved it.

We had 13 in our party with the youngest member aged 15. The size of the cabin was more than adequate and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was what you expect from a VRBO rental (not quite as convenient as home but sufficient).
The location of the property was perfect for Cades Cove, Zip Lining and white water rafting.
Only complaint is the sleeper sofa needs some work. We were not able to use it as it was NOT comfortable but we were not surprised as sleeper sofas as a general rule are not comfy.
We would book again.

Good location, with fishing and pool access where were great. Home has not been maintained and needs repairs that were reported months ago in other reviews and still not fixed for our May 2022. Door with holes, towel bars missing, couch in lower game room is broken and not usable. The couch in the main living area had bugs. When reported the management company said they knew the couch was broken and we weren't suppose to use it. Said they would send pest control but no apology. Grandson had over 30 bites from sleeping on the sofa. Air vents and ceiling fans needed cleaning. Enjoyed the location, layout of home, and kitchen was well equipped. Issues could easily be corrected if management was held accountable for maintaining the property.

It was great working with Cove Mountain, we would definitely book with them again. So easy to get the door code and everyone was helpful when I called the office. Cabin was wonderful and loved the location. Only thing that needs improvement- the downstairs shower curtain/liner is really gross and desperately needs replaced.

We had a wonderful vacation. The cabin is in the perfect location. No traffic easy to get to. Only a couple things could have been better. A lot of dust and cobwebs are collected around the light fixtures, and corners. Needs a little more organized and maybe a few more games. Def need more lighting around the hot tub. We did have a bear come up to the porch on the last night which was cool to see. The code they originally gave us to the house was wrong and it was very difficult to place a call to get the correct code. (Poor service) the kids loved the pond

Bearadise has been a favorite in my family over several years. So it was natural I would want to stay there when my oldest daughter married in Pigeon Forge. Although the cabin no longer has guest books, it did have some of the same items as in the past 13+ years I rented. I love the location as it is quiet and has space between cabins and plenty of room. I do think the rental office may need to check on the cleaning of a little more. It is in need of a deep Spring Cleaning. I cleaned off certain things as I had my youngest staying but others left drawings on ceiling downstairs and some other issues I had reported to rental office so hopefully it will be passed on and addressed. For the price the cleaning and maintenance people should do a better job. There was even nails stuck out of the long bench table. Little updates like electric can openers, Keurig or even Nestle coffee maker may help too.

Overall, we were happy with the property. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room. Dining table needs updating (nail sticking up in bench - we fixed it). Very clean except for the cold air return covers and filters. We found extra filters in the closet and changed them. Upon arrival, the crib was broken and there was only 1 pool stick. The rental company immediately sent a new pack 'n play to replace the crib and brought new pool sticks. Lovely, quiet setting. We will definitely use again. Kudos to the property managers!

This was my very first family vacation it was awesome! The cabin was very cozy clean , and well equipped we had a nice fireplace with an opened kitchen nice view from the balcony. We loved our stay at Bearadise. There was plenty of room for my inlaws and my family(my husband, my 6 children, and myself)- sleeping, bathing, and eating. We probably could have had room for a few more people. There was also plenty of natural light. We loved the mountain views. The kitchen was very well-stocked with dishes and utensils.The cabin itself was in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to town that we didn't feel completely isolated. The one "complaint" I had was that the downstairs/game room tv/dvd player instructions were unclear. My girls would have enjoyed watching some movies that we brought with us.

We had three families and were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and good space for the kids to play and the adults to socialize separately. The only feedback I would give is to have more places to hang towels! It wasn’t a fancy place but served its purpose for a fall break getaway where we spend 80% of our time outdoors, enjoying the mountains and parks.

The location was about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge which was just far enough to make it a destination for us. The unit was perfect for our needs! The hot tub was not working but that was not an issue for us! Place was tidy and perfect for toddlers and the little ones! Lightning bugs and a bear sighting were the highlights! Fishing pond was walking distance and community pool was worth the $5 per person.

We really enjoyed our visit to the great Smoky Mountains! My family of 6 adults & 3 grandchildren enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the location. Not side by side cabins like we have stayed at. The only thing that wasnt up to par was the cleanness of the cabin on our arrival. Dust under the entertainment center, floors dirty, etc., cold downstairs even with heat on & the code on the door didnt work the last 2 nights of our stay. We had to leave front door on deck unlocked to get in when we wanted to go somewhere. BUT, WE WOULD STAY AGAIN! Just being honest letting you know so you can address these problems. We were very satisfied with Bearadise. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 11 of us. It was conveniently located and not high up in the mountains which is what we were looking for. The fishing pond was right across the street from the cabin which was great for our grandson to fish and he did catch some good size fish.
Overall good. We were delayed 3 days due to a snow storm making road inaccessible. The company never called to let me know we were halfway through GA when I called them and they said we probably won't be getting into our cabin that night. If they would have called we may have been able to save a day or 2 of hotel expences.
Cabin was very dirty, dirty baseboards, crumbs in kitchen drawers, ceiling fans and light fixtures had a layer of dirt / dust on them. Not satisfied with cleanliness of cabin overall. Paying that much plus a cleaning fee i expected much more.
