Overall the cabin was great. The first-floor Master bedroom mattress could be replaced. The outside doors to both decks need rubber insulation around the door frame to keep the temperature better in the cabin.

Clean and super large for just us two. Enjoyed our three night stay except for the last night (Friday). Rental next door had six cars arrive and was awoke Saturday 4:00 am by screaming f@&! Constantly!! Needs a new mattress upstairs and get rid of the fake plants which hinders playing pool.

The cabin was as described. Very nice inside and out. I would definitely stay again. The only disappointment was that I call the office to have the trash picked up from the yard and driveway due to a bear the moment we arrived, I was told they would come take care of it but never did. You don't tell someone you will do something and then don't.

We met our friends from Orlando to stay at Bear Haven. This is our second time to stay at this cabin. We love it! We were disappointed the fireplace was not working at the time (waiting on a part to come in} but it didn't ruin our time there!! The cabin was very clean. Love the views from the deck. And the deck furniture is very nice! We called the office a couple of times and were greeted by very friendly people who took care of our requests immediately. Will definitely return!

It’s a decent cabin. It was clean. However there were some things That could be improved. Showers are not well thought out. The pool table, goose ball table are cheap and wobbly. The pool sticks need to be replaced. Overall it’s a decent cabin...we saw a mama bear with cubs.

Bear Haven was a nicely furnished, well equipped cabin. Beds were comfy and linens were plenty. We saw bears on several occasions, dining on the neighbors trash. The only issue was the horrible shower head. It’s a quick inexpensive fix, and would alleviate drenching the bathroom floor every time you turned the shower on. Other than that, it was a wonderful cabin. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub too.

Had a wonderful time at this lovely cabin. No scary roads. Ample parking space with room to turn around. Beautiful views. Saw bears on 3 days!

We have stayed in dozens of cabins over the years. This one was probably our favorite! Location was great! The cabin was clean and the staff was very helpful!

Greatest views and privacy - this cabin is at the end of the street overlooking a huge scenic valley. Inside there is plenty of room to spread out on two floors each a duplicate of the other including jacuzzi tubs and outdoor decks. Loved the space, hot tub and convenience. Everything we needed was right there.

The cabin was great! We had a beautiful view of the mountains. The amenities were fantastic. Jacuzzi in each bath, hot tub on one deck, dinning area and grill on the second deck and a great game room. We will definitely be coming back to this spot.

Cabin was a perfect getaway from the hectic parkway. The place was clean, and really nice. I just loved the mountain view from the back deck. It was quiet and secluded, but only a few minutes away from local amenities.

Cabin was cleaned and stocked wonderfully!! Hot tub was fantastic and games were fun! The cabin had a CRAZY amount of spiders and centipedes though.. they weren’t great company.

This was our first time in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The cabin was a perfect setup for my three teenage boys, my husband and I. The cabin was very clean and the scenery was gorgeous!! We all enjoyed the pool table, foosball table, and hot tub. It was a plus having the swimming pool available to us too! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin!!

VERY clean cabin in a perfect location to enjoy the GSMNP. Easy drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg but far enough away you don't have to deal with the traffic and still have everything you'll need. Nice quiet cul-du-sac with a beautiful view. If i could offer any suggestion to improve the cabin it would be to update the shower heads, they were a little rough but otherwise the space was perfect and easily accommodated our family of five.

Everything about this cabin was just right. It was close to Gatlinburg but far enough out to be peaceful. Decent view. Spotted many bears on this trip...the cabin was aptly named.

We always rent a cabin from Cove Mountain Realty for your Yearly Winter Get-a-way. This year was no different. Bear Haven was in a good location, nice view, spacious cabin. Cabin was clean, and had everything you need. The only downside to this cabin is that the showers are kind of small for the size of the bathrooms. Overall, it is a great place to stay. The staff at Cove Mountain Realty go above and beyond expectations.

GPS is difficult up in the mountains, so printing out directions is a must. Check in was easy with no contact. The cabin is amazing and THE VIEW, LOVELY! Perfect for our family of 4.

This cabin is a perfect layout for 2 couples or a group of 4+. The view is not preferred; you look across at over 20 other cabins with their lights on bright. However, the cabin was cozy; grill worked, linens were all clean. Dishes were dirty, but the note on the refrigerator said to 'wash and put away,' while the mobile app said to 'put them in the dishwasher and run them through, and the staff would put them away.' Either way, we washed the dishes. I hate the cove mountain cabins are all so close compared to years ago. Neighbors are very close, and you can hear everything they say/do. Property was clean. The water pressure was bad, and the shower is not adjustable for short folks at all! The water sprays outside the shower when opened. We checked in and out via the app, so customer service while there didn't really apply. While I understand the reasoning for the cancellation policy, there should be exceptions. We were traveling with a couple who had a death in the family and wanted to downgrade, but it wasn't permitted. We hiked, LOVE the Log Cabin Pancake House, and enjoyed the Smokey Mountain Knife Shop.

Great stay at Bear Haven. Clean, good location and beautiful views. Perfect for our activities of visiting Cades Cove,Elkmont,hiking trails near Metcalf Bottoms and Gatlinburg area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a good experience with the cabin we rented. It was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. It was a little difficult to find but once we were their we had a great time.

The view is beautiful.This cabin is at the top of the road.You have a great view off of both decks.We saw a shooting star from the hot tub.The cabin is in a great location.We love going out Wears Valley to Cases Cove.Great way to avoid the crowds.Cabin was super clean,lots of towels.Love being able to grill on the gas grill and eat at the big table on the porch.The two suites are nice we had one and our daughter had the other.This is a great cabin to stay in.

We had a great time staying at Bear Haven. It was easy to get to and parking was great since we had our motorcycles we loved the paved roads and drive. Cabin was perfect for two couples and everything was clean and worked great.

Rented through cove mountain several times all cabins seem to be in a good location.for us out of the busy area but not to far.Jad problems with hot tub but repair guy there within an HR to fix a tuall

Overall we loved the cabin. Very clean, good floor plan,we shared the cabin with another couple, the first floor bedroom and bathroom were set up the same, no one felt slighted. There were a few light bulbs needed replacing, door knob from first floor bedroom to deck would not work, the hot tub on the deck was running 24/7, not the jets but the motor was running. I reported everything to the property management.

We love staying in Wear's Valley such a beautiful place. We enjoy staying in different cabins with Cove Mountain Realty for the past 10 years. As far as this cabin it was nice to have an master bedroom and bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Our children enjoyed having the downstairs to their selves with a pool table & hot tub. This cabin fits comfortable a family of 5. But, the beds were hard and the TV'S up too high in the bedrooms making it hard to lay in bed and look way up.

The pictures were deceiving.Housekeeping lied and said we had removed a lock off a bed and moved a pool table, which we did not and have more respect for other people's husband is a pokice officer and would not sink to that level. Manager took there word against ours wothout even checking it out. Was charged $112.75 because of there lie.

Beautiful cabin and wonderful stay! We got to a winter wonderland and had to cut our stay a day short, but it was an awesome vacation.

Bear Haven is a great little cabin! Very clean and high quality furniture. Plenty of space to fit 4 people comfortably. There are two sleeper sofas, so the cabin can accommodate up to 6 people. The view is AMAZING! It looks our toward the northeast, so you will see very pretty sunrises. Its about 15-20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 30-35 minutes from Gatlinburg, so it has a pretty decent location. Great value - would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful! The cabin was just the right thing for 4 adult sisters to be together and still have space. Good location for Townsend and Pigeon Forge. Good exit through Maryville on heavy UT weekend.
