THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING COVE MOUNTAIN RESORTS FOR YOUR VACATION LODGING. PLEASE REVIEW THIS CONFIRMATION TO INSURE ACCURACY.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00 PM and check out is no later than 11:00 AM.
Balance is due upon check-in, payable by credit card or cash. We do not accept checks.
2. If reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit minus a $35.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refund for reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
3. Pets are allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" cabins only. An additional fee of $35.00 is required for pets and will be charged to your reservation. The renter will assume full responsibility for damages caused by pet including but not limited to, carpet stains or damage to carpet, scratches on doors, floors or any woodwork and any damage to bedding or furniture. Please do not leave pet unattended in cabin.
4. Your cabin is checked prior to your arrival and immediately upon your departure. The renter will assume full responsibility for damages to the property or any theft of property.
There will be additional charges for the following:
Cabins that are left excessively dirty______
Excessive Garbage______ (Please bring garbage to dumpsters located in back of our office)
5. Rearrangement of furniture ______ (Including TV's and Outdoor Grill)
All cabins are non-smoking. If anyone smokes in cabin, a $100.00 fee will be charged to fumigate the cabin. ____
6. If the reserved cabin is taken off of our rental program, you will be notified and asked to select another cabin of equal cost. If we cannot accommodate you, we will issue a full refund.
7. No refunds will be given should the renter decide to leave earlier than check-out date.
8. Cove Mountain is not responsible for items left in cabin.
9. Cove Mountain will supply a limited amount of bath tissue, paper towels and soap for your cabin. Towels and linens are provided. We do not provide laundry detergent or charcoal. Firewood is provided from October through April.
10. Cove Mountain is not responsible for power outages or inclement weather (snow, ice etc…). No refunds will be issued for unfavorable weather conditions or power outages.
11. Cove Mountain does not rent to anyone under age 21. We do not rent cabins for parties. The cabins are patrolled throughout the day and night. Renters will be ordered to leave the premises immediately if a party appears to be in progress or any "rowdy" behavior is observed. Please call our office to report any such behavior at surrounding cabins. If it is after 10:00 PM, please call 911.
