Detailed Description This beautifully decorated log cabin that sleeps 8 has it all. It is nestled upon a gentle sloping mountainside that is easy to get to by car and offers a paved driveway that allows parking for up to 3 vehicles. The covered, front porch offers two doors to access the cabin. Sit in the hot tub and view the mountain side forest or the stars above the pond. Enter the front door and you will understand why so many have wrote in the guest book it is the cabin they will return to. Warm up to the gas fireplace and watch a flat screen Plasma TV with DVD player. For your enjoyment we have many DVD disk for you to watch. The front room offers a full size sofa sleeper, a love seat and a rocker. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king size bed with new mattress, TV with DVD player and all the amenities to unpack your belongings to feel at home. Off the master bedroom is a romantic, private room with a two person Jacuzzi tub. Also, there is a full size bathroom with entrance from the kitchen or the bedroom. This circle floor plan makes it nice for a family when you might not want to disturb guest in the bedroom. There is a portable highchair for little ones and a stackable washer and dryer as well. From the fully equipped kitchen you can go out to the partially covered back porch which has a charcoal burning grill, swing for two, two rockers and picnic table with seats. The view is absolutely breath taking. Below is a large yard with flowering trees and blackberry bushes. Located on the property is a mountain stream which meanders through the property and feeds a small pond with a gazebo. Explore the winding trail to the pond and get back to nature or sit on the back porch and watch majestic, Smokey Mountains spread out in front of you with grazing horses in the valley below. Sunsets are a must. Whatever the season the view is spectacular. The spiral staircase on the main level has a built in safety gate to close off the steps to the basement for the protection of children. The basement is accessible by the spiral staircase or the doors from the back porch on the lower level. This porch offers a swing for two and the same views as mentioned above. In the basement there is a private king size bedroom with new mattress, TV and DVD player. Many guests love staying in this room since it has no windows and allows deep, heavenly sleep. A large full size bathroom is located directly off the game room. The game room hosts a full size pool table, flat screen plasma TV with DVD player, CD player, Playstation game, bar table with 4 bar stools and a futon for your enjoyment. Satellite is available on all TV´s. This log cabin is newly decorated with a bear theme and offers a feeling of coziness even though there is 1500 sq. ft. of living area. It is perfect for honeymooners or families and is just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. Swimming pool access.
